Erin Moore is a Ph.D. candidate in the Environmental Studies Department.
Erin received a BA in English Literature from the University of Houston
and an MA in Philosophy from the University of North Texas. She also spent
a year researching at Arizona State University. Her research interests are
in environmental philosophy; science, technology, and society; and the
philosophy of science and technology policy. She has done research on
environmental ethics and space policy, the contrast between technology and
eros in New Orleans leading up to Hurricane Katrina, and environmental
ethics in the Cape Horn region of southern Chile.
