Juhi Huda is a doctoral student in the Environmental Studies Program (policy core) and an instructor for the Program for Writing and Rhetoric (PWR) at the University of Colorado Boulder. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from University of Pune, India and an M. A. in English (Literature and Environment emphasis) from University of Nevada, Reno. Her current research investigates the role of narratives in the policy process and for her doctoral research she is studying the varied narratives in agricultural biotechnology policy with a specific focus on a case study in India. Other current research projects include investigating the role of information in wildfire mitigation policy. Her past research has explored issues of uncertainty in climate change mitigation and adaptation policy, state climate policy networks in US, the relationship of environmental justice and environmental policy in environmental literature, and narrative strategies used in environmental discourse.
