Lida Beninson earned her B.A. in Neuropsychology from Princeton University
and she is currently a Ph.D. student at the University of Colorado at
Boulder, where she studies Integrative Physiology and Science Policy. She
has a wide range of research experiences, including work at her home
institution, at the Monsanto Company, and at the FDA's National Center for
Toxicological Research. Lida has taught Human Anatomy at the University of
Colorado and serves as a mentor for the McNair Scholars Program. In her
spare time, Lida is an avid tennis player, snowboarder, and yoga
instructor. She maintains a blog on her science policy experience at http://lidasinternship.blogspot.com/.
