Martyn Clark received a Ph.D. from the University of Colorado in 1998. Martyn worked as a research scientist at the University of Colorado's Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES) on a variety of topics including large-scale climate dynamics, land-atmosphere interactions, and applied hydro-climatology. Martyn has a number of projects on improving streamflow forecasts in snowmelt dominated river basins, and on incorporating scientific advances into operational streamflow forecasting systems.
Martyn worked for the Center for Science and Technology Policy Research until 2005 and now works for the National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research in New Zealand.
