Rebecca Johnson is a PhD candidate in the Environmental Studies program. Her academic focus is on domestic renewable energy policy. She works closely with the Center for Science and Technology Policy Research, the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship, and the Graduate Studies Program to identify, evaluate, and communicate business-related energy issues and opportunities. Rebecca holds an BS in business, an MBA, and an MS in Environmental Studies. Her interest is in renewable energy and energy efficiency. Her focus is to work at the intersection of business, policy, and engineering to support the development and implementation of public and private policies which maximize the leverage of combined governmental and market forces to drive the necessary evolution to sustainable energy practices. With over seventeen years of business experience, she has worked in finance, marketing, consulting, and management.
