(The sound quality was terrible, so I couldn't turn it very loud.) I'll probably have some other comments, but overall I thought your comments were by far the ones most likely to actually lead to something. But I do a specific question. Your last words were, "Through oversight of the Climate Change Science Program and Climate Change Technology Program, Congress might motivate the evolution of these programs to focus more explicitly on the needs of decision makers." That may mean something to people in Congress ;-) but it's pretty abstract for civilians like me.
