Scare, tax and control is the manifestation of a political agenda using the demonization of CO2 as a means to an end unrelated to climate. Why has it taken so long for top-level organizations to get a handle on such fundamental aspects of the scale and time constraints for the problem? We mere engineers down here in the trenches have been asking and waiting for these simple addition and subtraction operations to be carried out and made public.
