Scare, tax and control is the manifestation of a political agenda using the demonization of CO2 as a means to an end unrelated to climate. In amongst the unfounded computer modelled climate scaremongering are the facts that some of us realised long ago – meaningful atmospheric CO2 reductions on IPCC time-scales are scientifically and politically impossible, even more so on a unilateral basis.

Why has it taken so long for top-level organizations to get a handle on such fundamental aspects of the scale and time constraints for the problem? We mere engineers down here in the trenches have been asking and waiting for these simple addition and subtraction operations to be carried out and made public.
