Bobbie Klein is the Center's Managing Director.  She obtained her law degree from the University of Wisconsin and worked as an attorney for several years in state and federal government.  A growing interest in environmental policy led her to return to school at the University of Colorado where she obtained a Masters in Public Policy with a focus on environmental policy.  Bobbie's research interests include legal liability for weather forecasts, climate change policy and, more recently, municipal response to drought in Colorado's Front Range.
