Accommodations Our out of town guests attending the anniversary celebration need to make personal lodging accommodations. Reservations should be made as soon as possible as this is CU Parent's Weekend and availability is very limited. A block of rooms for 9/26, 9/27 & 9/28/2012 have been reserved at The Broker Inn at the rate of $109 per room per night plus tax. The group name is listed as "CIRES 45th-Guest Payments". Guests need to book their own rooms and guarantee with a valid credit card. Please note: Reservations MUST be made by August 26th, 2012 for this rate. After August 26th, 2012, we no longer will have the reserved room block and all reservations are on your own. Again, rooms book up during this time months in advance including the surrounding hotels in the area. Please make your reservations as early as possible to ensure availability. |
