    His carbon tax to gasoline price conversion is about 5 times higher than the one we did in this forum last year…

    Roger, Rauch’s piece is very good – in marked contrast to Miller’s. It’s a shame Rauch didn’t link to your paper or to Prometheus, but hopefully his article will help to shift the debate towards the pragmatic.
