May '17 Field Visit
In May of 2017, photojournalist Joanna Pinneo accompanied the P3 team on a trip to the Navrongo Health Research Centre. Joanna is a photojournalist who completed a Scripps Fellowship in Environmental Journalism at CU Boulder. Her current work is focused on household air pollution, its effects on people's lives in different areas around the world, and the research and policies underway to address this problem. During her trip to the NHRC, she took photos of the project team, our partners in the private sector involved in the supply of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) stoves and fuel, and community members.
