As communications coordinator for the National Park Service (NPS) Climate Change Response Program, Larry works primarily on two fronts: 1.) promoting and publicizing the climate change response efforts of NPS programs, regions, and park units, and 2.) supporting efforts that advance the climate change communication and education goals of the NPS. During his 20 years with the National Park Service, he has worked in a variety of capacities including park interpretation, curriculum-based education, public information, and science communication. Larry is an alumnus of Florida International University where he completed undergraduate and graduate programs in Parks and Recreation Management and Environmental Studies.
