Colorado Climate Preparedness Project Final Report
June 24, 2011
Center Director Bill Travis and Center Managing Director Bobbie Klein are among several authors of the recently released Colorado Climate Preparedness Project Final Report. The report uses documents and information obtained through a series of 22 interviews to catalog climate impacts and adaptation activities and options in five climate-sensitive sectors in the state of Colorado: water; wildlife, ecosystems, and forests; electricity; agriculture; and outdoor recreation. The report also includes case studies of climate adaptation planning in 3 other states, as well as a list of sectoral options and overarching recommendations for climate adaptation planning in Colorado.
