Create an environment for research cooperation and innovation “without borders” to develop and ready emerging and revolutionary renewable- and sustainable-energy technologies having cost and performance levels that leap beyond conventional approaches by using novel materials science and nanotechnology.

Goal

Build a foundation and develop framework for a collaborative research and development (R&D) program capitalizing on the existing Brasil Ciência sem Frontieras international scholars program engaging a number of key U.S. institutions.
