Consortium for Innovation on Nanotechnology, Energy and Materials

Vision

The vision of this collaboration is to create an environment for research cooperation and innovation "without borders" to develop emerging and revolutionary renewable and sustainable energy technologies with cost and performance levels that leap beyond conventional approaches by using novel materials science and nanotechnology.

Goal

Our goal is to build a foundation and develop a framework for a collaborative research and development (R&D) program capitalizing on Ciencia sem Fronteiras involving a diverse set of US and Brazilian institutions.

Our Approach

The overall goal of this Brazil-United States collaboration is to accelerate the development of renewable and sustainable energy technologies through innovative nanotechnology investments. Read more ...
